S&H is $2.00 for up to 5 standard size single cards, add 50¢ for each additional 5 single cards.
S&H on larger cards will be quoted on a case by case basis, $2.50 and up.
S&H for Team sets is $2.25, add 35¢ for each additional.
Insurance is optional unless the package value is $25.00 or more, at which point insurance WILL be added.
